Please contact those customers who have purchased Okki Nokki from December 2014 onwards and request that they disconnect their units from the mains supply when not in use. Either by switching off at the rear of the machine or at the wall socket
NB ; THIS IS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE !
The Okki Nokki's new auto shut off device has proved to be too sensitive and if idle for a long period when connected to power, can go into shut down mode which is extremely inconvenient for the customer.
Please feel free to email this message to your customers and if they wish to contact me, I am happy that they do so.
