The Origin Live Onyx MK5 brings the company’s tonearm design expertise to an affordable price point. Designed for budget and mid-priced turntables, it combines a rigid arm tube with precision, low-friction bearings to provide a stable platform for your cartridge.

Its one-piece aircraft-alloy arm tube is designed to control unwanted resonance, supporting clear detail, responsive dynamics and well-defined bass. Purpose-made bearings allow smooth movement in both the horizontal and vertical axes.

Cryogenically treated copper Litz internal wiring carries the cartridge signal, while integral arm-height adjustment and falling-weight anti-skating provide the adjustments needed for careful setup.

Supplied with a 1-metre tonearm cable with RCA connections.

The standard 9.5-inch version suits Rega-style mounting arrangements. An optional 9-inch version with Linn mounting and geometry is available for compatible turntables. Please contact Peak HiFi if you would like help choosing the correct version.
